Can you tell me more about St. John & Partners?

St. John & Partners was founded in 1984 in Jacksonville. We’re a full-service agency, and one of the largest independent agencies in the Southeast. Why a public request as opposed to selecting an organization on your own?

Certainly, we could just select organizations as we have in the past. But this approach may help us discover organizations that we are currently unaware of and better understand who could best benefit from our partnership.

What types of organizations may submit a form and video?

Any not-for-profit organization with a charitable mission headquartered, or with a local chapter in, NE Florida (Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam or St. Johns counties).

How long should the video be, and what information should it contain?

Please keep your video less than five minutes. We just want to get to know your organization’s personality, see firsthand your passion about what you do, and understand how we can help. How you choose to express that is up to you!

When can I submit my form and video?

Submissions will be accepted July 1, 2019, through September 15, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How will the selection be made?

We will share responses and videos with our staff. As it is their time and talent that will benefit the organization, they will collectively choose the organization with whom we will partner, based upon their overall impression of the cause, needs and response.

When will the selected organization be notified?

Between September 15 and September 30th, 2019, we will share all information internally for our staff’s review. We will announce the selected organization on our website, and notify them the week of October 14, 2019.

What will the winning organization receive?

We will provide the selected organization with up to 1,000 hours of free services between November 1, 2019, and December 31, 2020, which may include, at our sole discretion, marketing research, public relations/communications consultations, ideation, design, copywriting, content planning, and volunteering at events.
